Shipping on our pure Kratom products and Supplements.

Our orders are shipped via USPS out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Please note, not all areas offer Saturday delivery and USPS may not consider Saturday and Sunday a delivery day.

Free standard shipping is applied to any order above $100.

We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Vermont and Wisconsin.
We are unable to ship to the following cities: Denver, Colorado – San Diego, California – Sarasota, Florida – Columbus, Mississippi

Our office is closed and observes every Federal Holiday, all orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Overnight Shipping

Please note that our cut-off time for Overnight Shipping is 1pm PST. On Fridays, UPS may not consider Saturday as a delivery day. While we process our orders promptly, it’s important to understand that delays in Overnight Shipping may arise due to UPS, and not Urban Ice Botanicals. These UPS-related delays are outside our control, and Urban Ice Botanicals cannot be held accountable for them.
