On November 21, 2016, filmmaker and wellness advocate Chris Bell joined Joe Rogan on The Joe Rogan Experience for Episode #876. The conversation centered on kratom's growing role in natural wellness and opioid recovery discussions across America.

Chris Bell — director of Bigger, Stronger, Faster* and the kratom documentary A Leaf of Faith — had been working closely with the brand's founder, Kelly Dunn, to bring kratom into mainstream awareness.
