How to Shop from Urban Ice Botanicals

Step 1 — Confirm You Meet the Age Requirement

Before placing an order, please note the following age requirements:

Step 2 — Check if We Ship to Your Location

Urban Ice Botanicals ships across the United States, but kratom cannot be shipped to certain states and cities.

We are unable to ship kratom to these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Connecticut, Vermont, Wisconsin

We are unable to ship to these cities: Denver (CO), San Diego (CA), Sarasota (FL), Columbus (MS)

Step 5 — Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready, go to your cart and click Checkout. You'll be asked to enter your shipping address, contact information, and payment details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely through Waave. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Step 6 — Place Your Order

Review your order summary, confirm your details, and click Place Order. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Step 7 — Receive Your Order

All standard orders are shipped via USPS from Las Vegas, Nevada, Monday through Friday.

Not all areas offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. During holidays, delays may occur.

Returns & Refunds

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer a 30-day return policy. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, send the product back, and we'll replace it with a product of your choice.
