Urban Ice Botanicals was founded over 20 years ago by Kelly Dunn, whose journey began while traveling through Indonesia. It was there that he first discovered the kratom plant—a remarkable botanical with centuries of traditional use. Captivated by its potential, Kelly returned to the United States determined to share its benefits responsibly and transparently.

Since then, Kelly has become one of the nation’s leading advocates for kratom. He co-founded the American Kratom Association (AKA) to promote consumer safety and education and served as the producer of the acclaimed documentary “A Leaf of Faith,” which brought national awareness to kratom’s story and its impact on millions of Americans.
