Our Story

Urban Ice Botanicals was founded over 20 years ago by Kelly Dunn, a long-time advocate for kratom education and responsible use. His journey began in Indonesia, where he was introduced to kratom and its traditional applications.

After returning to the United States, Kelly focused on building a sourcing and distribution model centered on quality control, transparency, and verified testing. He later co-founded the American Kratom Association (AKA), contributing to efforts around consumer safety and industry standards.

Today, Urban Ice Botanicals continues to operate with a focus on third-party lab testing, batch traceability, and compliance-driven practices across every stage of production and distribution.
